Interviews

We use a combination of behavioral-based and situational interviews to get to know you-the real you. What makes you tick? What have you accomplished so far? To do this, we'll ask questions about previous accomplishments or how you would handle situations in the future.  This is also your opportunity to find out about us. We believe two-way communication starts from day one, so ask away.

In addition to more behavioral-based and situational interviews, we'll go into greater detail around your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role. You can expect to have one-on-one interviews or a panel interview, usually with two or three interviewers, which may be conducted online, via phone, or in person. This is also an opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our unique culture, values, and endless opportunities. Based on the requirements of the role, you may also be asked some additional questions specific to the type of work you may be doing in your first role at Sutindo.

Assessment

Sutindo's assessment process is carried out in 2 (two) ways:

  1. Calling candidates who pass the administrative selection directly come to the Sutindo office using SMS / WA / e-mail H-3 before the selection is carried out. The implementation of the assessment lasts for 4 hours.
  2. Applicants who pass the administrative selection and are domiciled outside the Sutindo branch will be subjected to an initial online assessment, from the results of the assessment will be determined on the outcome of the selection process. Information is given to candidates who pass the administrative selection or further selection process via e-mail / WA / telephone directly by HRD Recruitment Sutindo.

Bagaimana jika dikota saya tidak ada cabang SUTINDO?

Tidak perlu, karena data anda sudah masuk di database kami.

Saya sudah memasukkan CV kenapa saya belum dipanggil tes?

Sutindo melakukan seleksi awal untuk semua berkas yang masuk, jika sampai waktu > 1 bulan belum
ada panggilan dari kami, berarti kriteria Anda masih belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami.

Apakah pihak perusahaan akan menghubungi saya kembali terkait dengan lolos tidaknya aplikasi saya?

Mohon maaf untuk sementara kami tidak bisa memberikan balasan satu per satu untuk semua aplikasi yang masuk. Bagi yang lolos seleksi administrasi akan kami hubungi kurang lebih 2 minggu sampai 1 bulan dari aplikasi kami terima untuk mengikuti seleksi lanjutan

Saya dan teman saya memasukan lamaran ke Sutindo, tapi hanya saya yang mendapat panggilan untuk psikotes. Apakah teman saya boleh mengikuti psikotes dihari saya psikotes?

Kandidat yang boleh mengikuti proses psikotes adalah kandidat yang sudah mendapat undangan psikotes. Jika tidak mendapat undangan maka tidak bisa mengikuti proses psikotes.

Saya sudah dihubungi untuk mengikuti psikotes, tapi saya berhalangan untuk hadir di tanggal tersebut. Apakah saya bisa mengajukan reschedule?

Silahkan anda menunggu jadwal psikotes berikutnya dimana HRD akan memanggil ulang sesuai jadwal tes.

Saya menerima panggilan tes, tetapi panggilan tersebut meminta biaya perekrutan. Apakah ini penipuan?

Jika terdapat panggilan tes (sms/telepon/e-mail) mengatasnamakan Sutindo, apalagi disertai dengan permintaan untuk melakukan transfer dengan biaya tertentu, Anda harus berhati-hati, karena Sutindo tidak pernah memungut biaya apapun terkait rekrutmen pegawai.Kami akan menghubungi Anda melalui e-mail ( sutindorecruitmentcenter@sutindo.com) , maupun via live chat melalui website kami.

Bagaimana jika ada berkas saya yang belum lengkap untuk dibawa saat psikotes?

Silahkan Anda bawa berkas yang sudah ada terlebih dahulu, berkas yang lain bisa disusulkan pada proses berikutnya.

Saya sudah mengikuti tahapan seleksi di Sutindo yaitu Psikotes dan Interview. Bagaimana saya dapat mengetahui proses lanjutannya, apa saya lolos atau tidak?

Apabila Anda telah mengikuti psikotes namun belum ada panggilan lanjutan maksimal 1 minggu dari tanggal psikotes, maka hasil psikotes Anda masih belum sesuai dengan kualifikasi kami.

Bagi Anda yang sudah melewati proses Interview dengan HRD dan atau User, maka proses berkas Anda akan dilanjutkan maksimal 2 minggu dari tanggal interview Anda yang terakhir. Jika melewati batas tersebut belum ada informasi lanjutan, maka proses berkas Anda akan kami hentikan dikarenakan belum sesuai dengan kriteria User kami.

Setelah diundang interview dengan User, apa yang harus saya lakukan?

Silahkan menunggu panggilan kami selanjutnya kurang lebih dua minggu dari tanggal anda melakukan interview dengan User. Apabila tidak ada panggilan selanjutnya, maka kualifikasi anda kurang sesuai dengan kriteria User kami.
